Virginia Ann Brown, age 82, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, KY. Mrs. Brown was born on October 21, 1943 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Ottie Clayton and Ruby Thomason Clayton. She worked at Ottenheimer Manufacturing in Dawson Springs for many years and was a graduate of Caldwell County High School.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her granddaughter who was like a daughter to her ~ Erikka (Will) Cavanah of Crofton, KY; three sisters ~ Ola Perry of Mt. Juliet, TN, Mable Laffoon of Dawson Springs, KY and Becky (Jimmy) Ramage of Princeton, KY;  and a great-granddaughter ~ Nevaeh Horne.

Preceding Mrs. Brown in death were her parents; her husband ~ Robert “Bobbie” Brown; her son ~ Jeff Brown; a sister ~ Martha Lynn; an infant sister ~ Thelma Clayton and her daughter-in-law ~ Patsy Trotter Brown 

Visitation for Virginia Ann Brown will be on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 18, 2026 with Elder Jeff Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow at Hawkins Cemetery in Christian County, KY.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
