Ms. Hilt was born on November 10, 1967 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Robert Loyd Hilt and Ruby Katherine Haskins. She was a beloved mother and homemaker. She was of the Christian Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Tika Brothers.
