Rex Dale Perkins, age 57, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Perkins was born on June 30, 1959 in Princeton, KY to the late Paul Robert Perkins and Betty Alice Swatzell Perkins.
Mr. Perkins is survived by a daughter ~ Melissa Litchfield; a half-brother ~ Robert Charles Moorefield, Jr. and two grandsons.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother ~ Michael Anthony Perkins.
There will be no visitation or service for Rex Dale Perkins.
