Ms. Robbie Jo Young

Robbie Jo Young, age 65, passed away at 8:30 A.M. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Hillside Villa & Rehab in Madisonville, KY. Ms. Young was born February 5, 1947 in Hopkins County to Joseph & Lelia Mae Morgan Giffin. She retired after working for 23 years at General Electric.



She is survived by a daughter~ Kimberly Montellaro of Madisonville, KY; three sisters ~ Sheila Orten, Dean Newberry & Darlene Giffin all of Dawson Springs, KY; two brothers~ Charles Giffin & Russell Giffin both of Dawson Springs, KY; two grandchildren & two great-grandchildren.



Preceding her in death were her parents, and a son ~ Anthony Collins.



Visitation for Robbie Jo Young will be Friday, August 10, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral services will be conducted by Revs. Monty Fuller and Brad Giffin on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery in Ilsley, KY.



Pallbearers will be William Melton, Wesley Lynn, Troy Giffin, Jeffrey Brewer, Matthew Dillingham & Alan Giffin.
