Mrs. Phyllis Ann Robinson

Phyllis Ann Robinson, age 79, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, April 06, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Robinson was born on August 10, 1935 in Polk County, Illinois to the late Ruben and Sophia Houser Slankard. She was a registered nurse and also volunteered with the Muhlenberg County Humane Society.



Mrs. Robinson is survived by a daughter ~ Pamela Robinson of Madisonville, KY; a sister ~ Nancy Parks of Metropolis, IL and seven grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband ~ Damon Robinson and a son ~ William L. Robinson.



A graveside service for Mrs. Phyllis Ann Robinson will be held at a later date.
