Mrs. Mary Jo Davis

Mary Jo Davis, age 54, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away at 3:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 3 , 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Davis was born on November 8, 1956 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. She was a graduate of the Murray School of Nursing and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of Sweden Borg Church in Boston, MA.



Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband ~ Larry Davis of Dawson Springs, KY; her father & step-mother ~ James & Maxine Ausenbaugh; two sons ~ Bailey Davis & Charles Davis of Dawson Springs, KY; a brother ~ James Russell “Jimbo” Ausenbaugh, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY; and five grandchildren ~ Brittney Davis, Leah Davis, Grace Davis, Andrew Davis & Ayden Davis.



Preceding Mrs. Davis in death was her mother ~ Mary Agnes Rambo Ausenbaugh (departed 1/5/1994) and a sister ~ Judy Ausenbaugh Morse (departed 8/29/2010)



Visitation will be Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. The funeral service will be Saturday November 5, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Spears officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.



Active pallbearers will be: Randy Conner, Steve Morse, Danny Grace, Kyle Menser, Glenn Sisk & Gary Word. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Simonds & William Buckley.
