Mrs. Lula Mae Proctor

Lula Mae Proctor, age 75, of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Tradewater Health and Rehab in Dawson Springs, KY. She was born on November 28, 1938 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to the late W.C. and Mamie Neisz. She was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church.



Mrs. Proctor is survived by three sisters ~ Millie Begrin of Charleston, Kentucky, Brenda Opp of Dalton, Kentucky and Shelia Peyton of Owensboro, KY; a brother ~ Garlin Neisz of Providence, KY; a grandson ~ Allan (Jennifer) Rodgers II of Jackson, MS and two great-grandchildren ~ Jackson Roth and Scarlett Elise Rodgers of Jackson, MS.



Preceding Mrs. Proctor in death were her parents; her husband of 45 years ~ James Roy Proctor (departed 12/01/2002); a daughter ~ Laura Lee Proctor (departed 08/12/2010); three brothers ~ James Neisz, Raymond Neisz and Ralph Neisz.



Visitation for Mrs. Lula Proctor will be on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. at Beshear Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.
