Obituary for Annie Elizabeth “Pete” SmithAnnie Elizabeth “Pete” Smith of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away at 5:34 P.M. on Monday, October 10, 2011 at Caldwell County Hospital in Princeton, KY. Mrs. Smith was born December 20, 1932 in Caldwell County, Kentucky. She was a 1951 graduate of Dawson Springs High School and was retired from Ottenheimer Manufacturing. She was a member of the Dawson Springs Primitive Baptist Church.



Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter ~ Debbie Smith Scott of Dawson Springs, KY; a son ~ Tony Smith of Dawson Springs, KY; one sister ~ Barbara Sue Menser; four grandchildren ~ Amy Smith, Nicki Smith, Justin Scott & Jarrid Scott; and one great-granddaughter ~ Emma Grace Scott.



Preceding Mrs. Smith in death were her parents ~ Elbert & Elsie Cotton Thomas; her husband ~ James Nichols “Nick” Smith (departed 12/6/2008) and one sister ~ Doris McChesney.



Visitation will be Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. and Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with Elder Jeff Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.
