Mary Francis (Trotter) Adams

Mary Francis Trotter Adams, age 72, of Christian County, KY passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at her home. Mrs. Adams was born on October 2, 1952 in Christian County, KY to the late Eloise Trotter and Wanda Messamore Trotter. She was a 1970 graduate of Christian County High School and was the head librarian at the Dawson Springs Branch Library for many years.

Mrs. Adams is survived by two daughters, Lori Diane Baird of Dawson Springs, KY, and Michelle Lyn Brantley (Will) of Murray, KY; two sons, Mark Wayne Adams of St. Louis, MO and Glen Alvie Adams (Brandon) of Hendersonville, TN; two sisters, Lindel Wilson and Bonlou Harned; four brothers, Lewis Trotter, Louis (Brenda) Trotter, Mitchell Trotter and Daniel Trotter; five grandchildren, Caleb Adams, Isabella Adams, Carter Adams, Annicka Baird, and Anse Brantley.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 52 years, Larry Wayne Adams; an infant son, Randall Joe Adams; two brothers, Corde Trotter and Noble Trotter.

Visitation for Mary Francis Trotter Adams will be Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Rev. Butch McKnight and Will Brantley will officiate the service. Burial will follow at McKnight Cemetery.

Active pallbearers include Mark Wayne Adams, Mitchell Trotter, Caleb Adams, Will Brantley, David Purdy, Jr., and Annicka Baird. Honorary pallbearers include: Anse Brantley, Carter Adams and Isabella Adams.
