Joyce DeMoss

Joyce DeMoss, age 88, of St. Charles, KY passed away at her home on October 18, 2025. Joyce was born on July 11, 1937 in Evansville, IN to the late Samuel Landrum and Virgie Tidwell Landrum. She was a lifelong Christian and loved her church families. She attended The River in Nortonville, KY. 

She is survived by her daughter ~ Quenell Brasher of St. Charles, KY; her son ~ Dudley (Karon) DeMoss of Wingo, KY; her brother ~ Phillip (June) Landrum of Austin, TX; four grandchildren ~ Gwendolyn (Paul) Browning of White Plains, KY, Jacob (Amy) DeMoss of Dalton, KY, Sarah (Paul) Knowles of Nortonville, KY and Katie (Christopher) Jackson of Mount Vernon, WA; seven great-grandchildren ~ Evan and Jessie Brasher, Hunter, Eli and Ivy DeMoss, Hannah and Alec Cartner; and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 65 years ~ Quentin DeMoss and her son-in-law ~ Doyal Brasher. The family would like to thank Hosparus Hospice Care for their wonderful care of Joyce and for the loving care shown to their family. Their kindness and knowledge are unsurpassed. The family would also like to express their gratitude to Jeri Sue Dillingham for the love and help she showed in caring for Joyce. You feel like a member of our family and your kindness will always be remembered.

There will be a memorial service for Joyce DeMoss held at a later date.
