Harold Dene Menser

Harold D. Menser, age 85, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation, Dawson Springs, KY. Mr. Menser was born on May 5, 1933 in Dawson Springs, Kentucky to the late James Owen “Shane” Menser and Freida McIntosh Menser. He served his country for four years during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force, and he worked and retired after thirty years with South Central Bell.



He is survived by his wife of sixty two years ~ Barbara Thomas Menser of Dawson Springs, KY; two daughters ~ Traci (Bruce) McKnight of Dawson Springs, KY and Vicki (Mark) Vinson of Madisonville, KY; four grandchildren ~ Emily Strader, Clinton McKnight, Shelly Burnes and Travis McKnight, and six great-grandchildren.



He was preceded in death by his parents.



Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2019 from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Elder Jeff Winfrey will be officiating the service. Burial will be at Piney Grove Cemetery.
