Eddy Wayne Dunbar

Eddy Wayne Dunbar, age 82, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at his home. Mr. Dunbar was born on August 30, 1941 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Jewel Dunbar and Nell Brown Dunbar.  He retired from Tyson Foods and was of the Christian faith.  

Survivors include three sons ~ Ernest (Sonya) Dunbar of Bremen, Ky, Brad (Deanna) Dunbar of Richland, KY and Brian (Sonya) Dunbar of Dawson Springs, KY; one sister ~ Louise McElroy of Hanson, KY; seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Mr. Dunbar was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife ~ Barbara Sue Dunbar; a sister ~ Dorothy Fields; two brothers ~ Ray Dunbar and Lawrence Dunbar; and an infant son ~ Kerry Lane Dunbar.

There will be a graveside service for Mr. Eddy Wayne Dunbar on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Old Beulah Cemetery in Hopkins County with Rev. Mitchell Ferguson officiating.
