Diana Sue Hazelbaker

Diana Sue Hazelbaker, age 80, of Nebo passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.  Ms. Hazelbaker was born on July 2, 1943 in Evansville, IN to the late Amplis Orlando Hart and Rita Mae Holeman Hart. Diana was a beloved mother and homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters ~ Sheila (Alan) Orton of Pinehurse, Idaho, Connie Hazelbaker of Princeton, KY and Terrie (Kevin) Meyer of Moscow, Idalo; her son ~ Micheal (April) Hazelbaker of Clarkston, WA; four sisters ~ Sheila Rzepka of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Mary Hart of Madisonville, KY, Annette Baucum of Evansville, IN and Donna Wallace of Spokane, WA; three brothers ~ Marvin Hart of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Tommy Hart of Dawson Springs, KY and Jerry Hart of Alaska; thirteen grandchildren ~ Randy, Christopher, Nathan, Josh, Kaylee, Silas (Boogie), Nikki, Kristin, Chelsey, Kyle, Shane, Ryanne and Andrew; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.

Ms. Hazelbaker was preceded in death by her parents; sisters ~ Vivian Hart and Linda Hart;  and her brother ~ Micheal Hart and great-grandchildren ~ Asher and Jordan.

There will be a private family gathering held in memory of Ms. Diana Sue Hazelbaker.
