David Andrew Baggett, age 49, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 due to injuries received in a bicycle accident. He was born on August 10, 1976 in Madisonville, KY to Donald David Baggett and Charlotte Thorp Baggett. David was a member of Richland Baptist Church.

He is survived by his parents; a daughter ~ Teresa Sandefur of Henderson, KY; a sister ~ Marlae (Robert) Sandefur of Ashbyburg, KY and a brother ~ Bill (Petra) Baggett of Dixon, KY.

Mr. Baggett was preceded in death by his grandparents ~ James and Eula Thorp and James and Earlene Baggett.

Visitation for David Andrew Baggett will be on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 1:00 PM until the 2:00 PM funeral hour at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Jim Lantrip and Rev. J.D. Holt officiating. Burial will follow in New Beulah Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.

Pallbearers will be: James Andrew Baggett, Bill Baggett, Robert Sandefur, Cole Baggett, Daniel Sandefur and Kevin Martin.
