Willadean Neisz Abbott

Willadean Neisz Abbott, age 78, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville, KY. Mrs. Abbott was born on December 29, 1929 in Hopkins County, KY to the late Iva Gabriel Neisz and Laurel Harris Neisz. She was a beloved mother and homemaker and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Dawson Springs Chapter 133. Mrs. Abbott was a member of Lafayette Missionary Baptist Church.



Survivors include her daughter ~ Sherry Francine Harris of Owensboro, KY; three sons ~ Duane Stanley Travis of Clarksville, TN, Jeffrey Abbott and Joseph Gabriel Abbott both of Dawson Springs, KY; two sisters ~ Irene Peyton of Dawson Springs, KY and Imogene Clevenger of Providence, KY; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.



Preceding Mrs. Abbott in death were her parents and a her husband ~ Arlie William “Bill” Abbott (departed 5/12/2006).



Visitation for Mrs. Willadean Neisz Abbott will be Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and Sunday, July 6, 2008 from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Thurman Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Lafayette Cemetery in Hopkins County, KY.
