Jerry Ray Mudd

Jerry Ray Mudd, age 66, of Mayfield, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. Mr. Mudd was born on April 19, 1951 in Greenville, KY to the late Charles M. Tooley and Helen Ford Tooley. Mr. Mudd was a member of Landmark Apostolic Church in Dawson Springs, KY.



He is survived by a sister ~ Dorothy Baltz of Nashville, TN and a brother and sister-in-law~ Alan & Vera Tooley of Greenville, KY.



Preceding Mr. Mudd in death were his parents and nine brothers and sisters.



Visitation for Mr. Jerry Ray Mudd will be on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Robert Akers, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery in Hopkins County, KY.



Pallbearers will be Glenn Sisk, Archie Camplin, Jesse Wright, Alan Mudd, Michael Wright & Daniel Roland.
