Betty Sue Holt

Betty Sue Adams Holt, age 71, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Baptist Health of Madisonville, KY. She was born in Christian

County, KY on April 27, 1948 to Jim Adams and Dorothy Price Adams. Ms. Holt completed her nurses academic and practical training to become a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Madisonville Community College and she worked and retired after twenty five years of service as a LPN at Western State Hospital, Hopkinsville, KY. She was of the Baptist Faith.



She is survived by one son, Jimmy (Darla) Holt; two brothers, Paul and Jimmy Adams; one sister, Mildred (Winston) Adams all of Dawson Springs, KY; one grandchild, Courtney Holt; and two great-grandchildren, Levi Holt and William Lowe.



She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Clyde Holt; Son, Timmy Holt; and grandson, Matthew Ray Holt.



A public visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Raymond Farmer officiating. Burial will be at McKnight Cemetery at a later date.
